I received the product and tested it with the downloaded SHOW file. The product itself is fully functional and works as expected. However, there are a few areas that need improvement:
Appearance & Packaging: The product arrived with a lot of oily fingerprints on it, and there is some damage to the bottom corners (please see the attached photos for details). Even if this happened during transit, the packaging should have provided better protection, especially considering that the structural strength of a 3D-printed body isn't very high to begin with.
User Manual: It would be highly appreciated if a proper user manual could be provided. Although I've successfully tested it, I am not entirely sure if I have configured all the parts correctly, or if there are other features and settings that I'm still unaware of.
It's a solid product, but better quality control and clearer guidance would make the experience much better!
